Loft Apartments

"My excitement of moving in was quickly dashed. The first deception of this seemingly mary poppins friendly owner is that she is the actual owner, not her son. Secondly, mere days after move in I received a call asking if I had small grandkids. To which I replied no, not in this state. Supposedly, she had proof that my son(who she was all gungho to have added to my lease)had a female here with 2 kids runnimg amuk in the parking lot which made no sense as he is disabled and severely ill. My son knows no such woman nor has children. She refused to listen to any truth on the matter. I was threatened with eviction if "this happened again". When in fact nothing had happened. At this point Im realizing this was a possible scam designed to evict me within days of moving in and retaining the $1350 move in cost. I then received a handwriiten threat of eviction if i didnt vacate within 2 days. Mind you, this was all in the 1st week of my stay. Its amazing how this seemingly angelic lady flipped the scriot to jekkyl and hyde in a weeks time. Not this time Mary Deceitful!"

"Loved this place! Rooms are fully furnished and rented month-to-month. The manager was so nice to me and my husband. The street is quiet, and I rarely heard noise from other tenants. We only moved out because we left the city!"

"Just moved here and the apartments are clean and well maintained. The one-bedroom apartment has an upstairs open loft bedroom above the living area; the smaller studio apartment is on one floor with a fold-down bed in the living area and also has a full kitchen. Every apartment comes already furnished and ready to live in. The manager is friendly and helpful, showing fairness and generosity in her dealings with tenants...or at least she did with me, however, she runs a tight ship and if you break rules and don't communicate possible delinquencies on rent with her, expect an eviction."

"This place is great so far. Management has been very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance is also very friendly and knowledgeable when they came into the apartment for an issue. Fully furnished and the items (bed, couch, electronics, dressers, etc) are totally fine. They show some wear from previous tenants (such as strains from mugs etc), but none of this is bad. There was even kitchenware waiting for us :) Place was clean when we moved in and despite cold temperatures outside the inside was able to keep its warmth. I saw other reviews where people have 1 star because of guest issues, but you should have told management about the guest coming over if they were to stay the night. The management is older so she probably doesn’t have time for your BS. I haven’t had any issues but I’m friendly and respectful and also don’t have time to shovel BS lol! Again this place is great inside, great price, great people running the place, great location to stores etc, and not too far from ski areas."

"My uncle is currently a resident at this complex and the management is rude, disrespectful and is abusing her authority. These apartments are rented as furnished apartments and have old used furniture. My uncle had his girlfriend stay the night the next day she woke up covered in bites. They liked behind the headboard and it was completely covered with bed bugs. He went to report this to the office and the manager refuses to handle the situation instead she is threatening to evict him for his girlfriend being there as well as she threatening to evict him for the bed bugs. I would never ever recommend a place like this that does not care or seem to care about there business. This matter is being reported to adept of housing as well as dept of health. If anyone is currently living here please check your furniture and baseboards......"
