"Changed companies roughly a month after we moved in, no one answers the phone or returns emails. Online portal has been broken since they took over, no one is working on fixing it. Their office sign is too close to our door, weekly 3-5 times people knock on our door looking for the office. They keep leaving fee notices on our door with no explanation. Today we found out we were signed up for 2 different energy billing accounts, one went to collections and has impacted our credit scores. We pay rent and energy on time every month, this is unacceptable."

"Update: Now they want us to sign a new lease and still will not fix the shower. I have paid for 2 showers for the last 2 years and only got to use the second one for 3 months. Shameful, absolutely shameful. One of the worst places I've ever lived $3,000 a month and for a year and a half. I have not been able to use my second bathroom because they refuse to fix the water damage created by poor installation. They believe they can enter the house whenever they please with disregard to the tenant. They will give you a 24-hour notice a week in advance and claim that they can enter the home between 8:00 and 5:00 for 3 days in a row with absolutely no time or day given to the tenant and if you work nights like we do, they will tell you to find another place to stay for those 3 days because they will not provide you with a day or time that they are showing up. When you advise them the law regarding 24-hour notices, they will threaten you with their legal team. Overall, one of the worst places in town. Brand new houses acting like slumlords."

"LOVE living in this community! From day one that we walked in to inquire about these homes to now, Lupe has been AMAZING!!! Not just her though, her staff is great and very welcoming! We were not your cookie cutter applicants, we had some obstacles throughout the process and she helped and fought for us, which we appreciate so much! The community is very well maintained and best of ALL they are brand new homes and it is a very quiet community ! I will continue to recommend these homes to anyone who is looking to rent !"
