"Nice place to live, peaceful, and nice people. What I can't understand is how they keep increasing the prices If the apartments and also charge for water, trash, and sewage. Doing the math, it would cost less to get a new apartment in Carson or spanish springs. I pay almost $1700 and if it goes up anymore, .. Well just basic math."

"I has been living here more than 5 years, after dealing with a tragic situation, they helped me to move to another apartment. And I am so grateful, but the system need to be humanize if you ask me, even when I talked, leaved voice-mail, email and all kind of communication if something happens with the pay, they just go directly to leave a 7 days notice even when you try to be responsible. In my case I was dealing with a new job. They never try to communicate with residents, it feels like a Motel instead a home. Last time even the secretary ask me if the apartment was mine a few times, im not sure why, I want to believe because I look younger but either way is not a privilege been here, we need to pay and a lot....but there is a new management, hoping things change..."

"Apartments are impeccable, admin is friendly. Assigned parking under roof. No pool but other amenities are great. Quiet and safe environment. Close to important warehouses!! In that area rent is higher, they are competitive"

"My family and I lived here about 2 years. The apartment itself is really nice and spacious. The biggest thing for me personally was the washer and dryer unit inside the apartment. It is also quite and peaceful. It's very clean and well maintained inside and out in my opinion. The managment and staff are all really nice and helpful. I really enjoyed living here. We only moved because we bought our own home other wise I would have renewed my lease another year. Would definitely recommend."
