"I've been here 13yrs ,and love the location, the maintenance has been Great My complaint is the people that are put over My head, NO respect for the person living under them Up all night,rent went up close to $200 and it's becoming scary to live with people that say they are work but somebody is there all night noisy it makes Me feel they want Me to move just got out the hospital and can't sleep in My bedroom hearing all the strange noise"

"Been here a little over a year. First of all, the bugs. There are cockroach infestations in multiple buildings. I asked before I signed the lease and they said nothing but seasonal bugs occasionally. I am now being forced to completely rearrange my furniture so they can do a big spray (I’ve had my apartment sprayed multiple times with no result) my children have been bitten, they are horrible. When Maintenance the air conditioning units in my walls they cut the internet cord, my provider came out and had to replace it. When I got the bill I asked them about how they would reimburse that and they never texted me back, it’s been 19 days as of today with no answer. When they installed the air conditioners they were supposed to take out the baseboard heaters, it’s been since august and I still have my baseboard heaters. That is an accurate representation of the entire apartment complex. Maintenance for the apartment is great, next day service and they are in and out and do a good job. All in all, this place sucks. I’m forced to leave basically once a month for something or Another. Management needs to get their properties fixed up and figure this out, seems like there is no winning living here. DO NOT RECOMMEND (if this gets deleted I will be reposting every time)"

"It's a roof over your head, that gives Willowbrook 2 stars I guess. Otherwise, these people are slum lords. The rent is over priced for the area. They apartment management team is not kind and has gotten so nit picky over the years they don't even let kids play with chalk on the sidewalk without some kind of issue. They'll monitor what you keep in your back yard and send notices to take it down if they don't approve. The list goes on and on about why things are the way they are, but the rules never apply to the managers who live on site. Overall, the only good thing about this place is their maintenance team. If Willowbrook is where you're looking to live, keep looking."

"I lived in this apartment for 4 years. Perfect location for me, because it's a few minutes walk to Walmart, Sam's, Burlington & many more. The staffs were awesome & kind. Whenever I needed something to be fixed in my apartment, the maintenance will fixed it the same time I asked them to be there. The dog park was awesome for me because of my Husky. I highly recommend this place to anyone because the experience I had was great. The only reason I had to move out is because we needed a bigger place for our growing family. Thank you Willowbrook Staffs for all the wonderful 4 years we living there. ❤️"
