"I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here. My experience wasn’t pleasant all at. Let’s start off with the two individuals who’s lifeless bodies were found on separate occasions, that permanently scared other residents including myself… And how a parking spot will cost you an extra hundred dollars added to your rent a month on top of the over priced rent your paying… Better be sure to hold onto your fob key because without it you’re not getting into the apartment complex let alone your apartment…even when calling “emergency maintenance” about twenty times, the chances of them answering are very, VERY, slim. Speaking of maintenance, let’s talk about how it took them two and a half weeks to even come fix my washer machine after he missed our appointment and did not communicate with me about why he did so, which I’m sure violates some kind of tenant law… I can keep the list going but Point of the matter is this place isn’t worth it. I can’t help to thinking that the staff running this place are racist careless people who are just money hungry."
