"There seems to be a disconnect between the maintenance personnel and management, with the managers not taking responsibility for their own shortcomings and instead placing blame on inexperienced technicians they send out to work on issues. This lack of cohesion and communication results in a horrid maintenance experience. I've been without hot water for a week on multiple occasions, which is unacceptable. It's frustrating to not have access to my dishwasher, shower, and other basic amenities, causing the value of my apartment to decrease. Currently, my washing machine has been out of commission for over a week, and it will take another two weeks for the parts to arrive to fix it. This extended period without laundry facilities further lowers the value of my apartment. As an update to the laundry situation its been over a month now with my washing machine broken and I reported the issue to the manager over a month ago and again yesterday and they don't even respond. Unfortunately, every interaction I've had with maintenance has been difficult and unhelpful. What's even more frustrating is that the management doesn't seem to understand the impact of these issues on the value of the apartment. They continue to charge full rent while I am without hot water or functional appliances. In addition, they keep old appliances until they break and then drag their feet to fix them, further delaying access to basic amenities. I have spent weeks without a dishwasher, hot water, and washing machine without receiving any discount on my rent. Even simple repairs take an excessively long time. For instance, it took three months to replace my screen door, and when the replacement part arrived, it didn't even fit. The management was unable to provide a properly fitting screen door, and I was forced to keep my old, damaged door. It's frustrating to have to pay full price for rent while not having access to essential amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, hot water, heater, and AC, all of which have broken down and required over a month to fix. I have never lived somewhere where I dreaded having to interact with the maintenance/management team more than this place. For the price that you pay the professionalism of the staff is just so far from what would be appropriate. 11/11/23 update After seven months, the issue persists with my fridge freezing food, and there has been no acknowledgment or responsibility taken for the technician's refusal to address the problem. Despite a manager's empty promise to make calls for a solution, nothing has materialized. The use of these faulty appliances is not only frustrating due to frozen groceries but also leads to increased electricity bills. It's disheartening to feel that the management doesn't genuinely care about the residents and their concerns."

"I don’t care how cheap this place is, absolutely do not move here. Lived here for 3 years and left it in very very good condition. They not only took our deposit but are charging us over $2,000 in fees for moving out. They did no deep cleaning, no carpet replacement, no fresh painting, etc before we moved in but expect us to cover everything. We did not damage any of this stuff btw. Not only this but the people who work here are extremely rude (not the maintenance workers tho). If you’re moving here for the price you’re better off going somewhere else because they will basically make you buy the place when you move out."

"Beautiful rooms and facility at The Villas at Keyston Canyon. Great location and amazing city views. So many onsite features (hilltop apartment views, pool over looks city, workout room, conference room). Staff is very friendly and reply to any concerns quickly."

"We have lived here for six years. In the beginning there were some issues that were difficult to get resolved BUT with the new Management team and Maintenance team everything has been amazing! Haley, Savanah and the rest have shown that they care for the tenants and are very open and welcoming even if we stop in just to say "hi". Love our home and the convenient location of the Villas."
