"I have been to different properties looking to rent a place. But I always found my self in a situation either the unit has been rented or lost an application because of online application. Being not so familiar with online application, Some place would say sorry it has to be done online. Or yeah we don’t do paper application no more. But here at Sierra Sage Apartment , Aside from returning my call the same day she answered all my inquiries. She knows her job and very good at it. So when I asked her about paper application, she did informed me about the online thing, but of all the properties that I have been too she’s the only one who offered help to assist me every step of the way. She helped me thru the whole process of online application and gave me a lot of options as to how I can make my payment. For someone working at graveyard and sleep during the day, the time that she has given me was something I really appreciate. She is very hospitable and would make you feel at home. So when I got approved I did not think twice. In a very short time I found a new home at Sierra Sage Apartments. And this person made it all happened. From application, to showing the property to handling of the key. I will not forget her name. ARACELI. I am in the process of moving now and she’s still asking as to what help she could extend.
