"Yes, it is an older apartment community that could use an overall renovation and upgrades but other than that it has a lot of positive points: friendly staff, rent is reasonable for the area (great area), maintenance issues are handled quickly and management always tries to take care of tenant's needs and requests on a timely manner. Not a bad place to live at all."

"Well I'm a little greatful for the low reviews... People who are hard working that do there research and weigh the pro's and con's have the opertunity for a great choice. I was leaving the military and these apartments (apartments in this area dont do this) provided me with a military discount which is a big help when stabilizing. The management is awesome and maintainace has a fast turn around. So if you want a military friendly, safe area with great schools live here. sweating the small stuff seems a little silly dont you think like parking(God gave you legs...)"

"Let me start off by saying I really love living here, but you do really have to have appropriate expectations. I love the staff and have always been on great terms with them, but yes, issues are sometimes mismanaged. Also the other poor reviews are not necessarily wrong. Parking is a huge issue, but I have not really had too much of a problem because I live in the back. I will admit at times it can be really frustrating, also the speed bumps are heinous. They will damage your car at some point. Truthfully it is a little expensive for the state of the apartments. The space is excellent and so is the layout, but everything else is dated and I noticed they did not repair before I moved in. I have loved living here because everyone who lives here seems decent and hardworking, the staff have treated me uncommonly well, and the location is phenomenal. just know what you are paying for and you will be fine.
