"We have not had the best experience with this company, considering the cost, long wait and ongoing scheduling conflicts with the installers. We ordered these in June 2022, they were not installed until February 2023. We were advised it would be about an 18 week wait. It was delayed longer. Understandable because of Covid, we fully expected to wait a long time. However, the final product is not what we expected. We were encouraged to "color match" the trim to the stucco. It was not until after installation that we were informed by the installer that the sliding doors and windows are processed at different manufacturing facilities, and that is why the color of the door does not match the windows. We should never have been advised to pick a custom color if that was the case. Installation took two full days. All of the single windows had to be bent into place. That was alarming. Also, the installers are difficult to schedule with. They turned up unannounced several times (to double check the gate color), and then no showed on us twice after we scheduled time away from work to meet them. We cannot waste more time away from work for these guys. Really disappointing experience for us."

Then the installer came out and designed a perfect mounting solution for both the window and door. I ended up waiting almost 6 months for the product to arrive and be installed, which was frustrating to me. However, looking back, the quality of the product and the professionalism of the installation made the wait worth it to me. The door and window are incredibly robust.
