"One of the worst vendor I have ever dealt with. Signed the contract without my consent and forged staff’s signature. Then of course the bill was over what we agreed with. After I left the previous job, they still charged my personal card for another transaction without my consent. When I called in trying to get some clarification, they didn’t even apologize for all the inconveniences I had . Yet the person who answered the phone was simply yelling “you are not helpful”."

"Had a tech come out over a week ago to figure out what was wrong with our ice machine. The tech came out and after a while was able to figure out the issue, but said there was a part that needed to be special ordered. I was told I would hear back from the techs and the issue would be resolved shortly, it has now been a week and they have been ignoring us and telling us “we’re looking into it” every time we reach out."

"Stay away from this company. We had an emergency that they said they would be able to help us with. The no called no showed at the scheduled appointment time. I had to reach out to them to get a status of what was going on. What is the point of scheduling an appointment a day prior if they are not going to show up for the service. They are incredibly rude and un professional. I would not recommend them at all. They were wanting to charge me upfront also before even coming out to the restaurant. I am not having to call their competitor to come out and get our issue resolved. I wouldn't waste your time with them."

"Unfortunately, if you have to go here, you're cars been impounded. In my case, my car was stolen, they hit a pole with it, "then left the scene of the crime", then it was impounded. The folks here were very helpful in my fight to get the car back, but ultimately, the impound fees became so large it wasn't feasible to do so."
