"Blinds were custom due to my home being built in the 60s. The owner was very prompt and within an hour came to my home measured and quoted me and had placed my order. I really appreciated that. It took the time he told me for the blinds to come in. I would have gave 5 stars if they only accidentally forgot one of my windows. Price was very reasonable. However, my blinds have small dents and chips. I dont know if it was their manufacturer or the installer who damaged them. I first blamed my oldest son due to covid 19 cabin fever but then when another week or so went by for my missing blinds my oldest son had not even touched the blinds and and minutes after the install I saw the same dents and chips on his blinds in his bedroom. They are very minor but I would not expect that on brand new blinds.I am enclosing pictures to show what I mean. If there were no dents I would have given 4 stars. Install was done in March/April 2020. Please maybe find a better manufacturer or delivery service so this doesnt happen to anyone else in your client base. Response: ***I did not call back as I did not have time to schedule anyone else to be in my home as i had other contractors to work with regarding other important household appliances and accessories as well as my family to care for. I'm sorry but I did not have time or patience for a 3rd visit just for something simple like blinds. its minor but it is what it is. I had no way of noticing during the install. I trusted the installer to not install damaged/dented blinds and no one brought the dents and chips to my attention.***"
"I had several sets of vertical blinds installed by this company about two years ago. The day after purchase I found one set of vertical blinds would not open. I called the company and they sent a tech out to repair it. Today, the initial problem with the same set of vertical blinds repeated itself. Again I called this company and the person who answered the call was kind and said someone will be out soon. Yet about an hour later I get a call stating the manager insist I pay for the service call or take down the problematic blinds set and bring it in. I explained moreover to this manager that I never open the set of vertical blinds with the problem and when I tried today it has the exact same problem as when I purchased it. The manager ignored everything I tried to explain to him about the problem. It was as if he did not have time to understand what I was explaining to him, all he wanted was to not pay travel costs for the needed repair. This is the worst customer service ever. It was not customer service at all. This manager made my already frustrating day worse. If I were you, I would not chance it with this company. I surely will not never do business with this company again."
"The owner Eric Wells refused service and he said to me "I don't want to work with you. Go order your custom blinds from Home Depot or something!" When I questioned at me he mocked me trying to speak like me and than laughed. Simply because of my European accent and because I had a difficult time explaining the shape of my custom window. Very unprofessional! I felt discriminated and degraded. He should NOT be running a business in this community where he gets to pick and choose his clients and or discriminate them. Don't go go there he'll make you feel the same way if he doesn't like you. No respect for customer what so ever! What a jerk!"
"Called first, asked about fixing one of my wooden slat blinds. Was told they could so up to the store I went. They had the blind done in less than 2 hours, and the cost was below estimate. Staff was friendly, courteous and professional. I put off this repair for 10 years and now I ask myself why."
