"Robin the manager came through for us in a pinch. Gave myself and my fiance a really nice and clean newly renovated room. Her and her husband were awesome people. Cable, wifi, heat, AC, refrigerator and microwave all clean and in working condition. Definitely a rarety in midtown!"

"The property manger was really nice and helpful. She called when the room was ready and we checked in for a week. The night was ok but in the morning while brushing my teeth I noticed a cockroach on the wall. Talked to the property managers husband about the roaches and getting our money back. He said “yeah it’s my day to do the weekly spraying for them. And said to come back as his wife wasn’t there to get the money from. It took over an hour and two trips before we got all our money back. The manger never came to take a copy of our driver license. And there was a BAD smell in the room that never went away. The shower had a hole by the valves."
