"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Private sauna and jacuzzi in each suite. I stayed in the Azul suite and had an incredible time. The service is impeccable as well as the cuisine in Mugen; their restaurant below. I spent my birthday here and they decorated my suite, as well as provided me w a yummy birthday cake! "We booked a champagne and caviar tasting at this amazing location. Everything here is wonderful. We were greeted and escorted to the rooftop location for our experience. The staff were all fantastic. Mary, our server, was gracious, helpful, and just a pleasure to be around as we had the entire rooftop pool area to ourselves. We loved everything about this experience. Highly recommended. VIP treatment despite not being hotel guests."
"This is absolutely the best place we have stayed at. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the manager are excellent at their jobs. The greeters are the very attentive and accommodating. The greeters let us know places to find sea turtles on the shore to great restaurants in the area. I can't say enough about this Hotel. We will be back"
