"The food and beverage credit is a bit underwhelming, 5$ discount once a day at the unrelated restaurant in the same building. Not usable on grab and go. The rooms are nice enough and have a small balcony. The location is prime. Super close to the beach. Everything was clean and well decorated. I would recommend this hotel for longer stays as longer stays it seems to have much better rates than competitors."

"Great hotel to stay at. The colors are vibrant and they have a nice pool deck on the roof that has a beautiful view. Location is great; right next to Waikiki Beach, shops, and restaurants. The building shares space with a bar/restaurant and you can get a little discount if you're staying at Shoreline. Rooms are cute and comfortable. I'll be back."

"Great place to stay! Happy to have the option to support a local, boutique hotel in a sea of high end hotel chains. Decor is tropical/retro, views are of the buildings nearby (hotel is not very tall), and about 1 block away from beach. If you are looking for lavish and luxury, there are other hotels you would prefer. If you want cute, clean, convenient, friendly, personable, quirky and local, this is your place! I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a great stay!"

"My only complaint is no microwave in the rooms. We had to throw away leftovers. The beds are comfy. I can deal with the bright colors, though not my taste. I can deal with the loud music down the street, we had the ac & TV on, so it wasn't that bad. Checking in I didn't get the best customer service, but after that it was good. Didn't enjoy paying for resort fees or valet parking, but it is what it is. I'd stay again if the rooms had microwaves. We slept great!"

"The first time we stayed at this property was over 10 years ago and chose to return to this hotel for a work trip last week. We loved the boutique-y feel of this hotel the last time we stayed here, but the new renovations are OUTSTANDING. There is so much to love!! First, the decor is colorful and inviting. The rooms are very clean, super cute, and the beds are very comfortable. The attention to detail here is also wonderful. Hawaiian snacks and beverages in the room and a refillable water station in the lobby is such a nice touch. The staff are all outstanding! Check in and check out could not gone more smoothly, and especially for a group booking - They were rockstars at getting everyone to their rooms quickly! Shout out to Gaylen and crew for taking such great care of us our entire stay!! The location also cannot be beat - A quick walk to all of the shops and restaurants and smack in the middle of Waikiki. We are already looking forward to returning to this wonderful hotel on our next trip! Thanks again."
