"The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a great time staying there in a studio unit for a family of 3. The kitchen is well equipped. Beach towels are provided at the office. Ala Moana beach is close by (we drove) and it is awesome. The hotel provides valet parking only, but we found a self parking at the structure around the corner right next to Red Lobster for a comparable fee. The laundry room on our floor is open 24 hours. The only bad thing is the elevators - they tend to break down one by one. Prepare to use the stairs or other bather elevators if you don't want to wait for too long. I still give high ratings to this place and I recommend it."
"Good sized room with microwave, fridge and kitchen to cook. Rooms are clean. Valet parking onsite is 45$ per night but only 28$ on Marina Parking Garage which is down the street just 1 minute walk. It is on Hobron st next to Red Lobster. Reception desk is very helpful as well. Mcdonalds and ABC store within a minute walk. Food trucks about 2 blocks away."
"Everything about our stay here was exceptional. We didn’t really hang out at the resort much, but you definitely could. It was a great central location for day trips. The resort staff and everyone we interacted with in Honolulu were so kind. We plan to return now that we have done all the tourist stuff and just relax and explore around the resort. If you stay here definitely check out the poke place on site. The nachos and the masubi are bomber."
"We booked here through RCI using points. After other timeshare disappointments I was hesitant, but we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The view was nice but I’m sure that depends on your floor/side of the hotel. We were on the 5th floor, would stay a bit higher up if I went again. In room WiFi is decent but can be a little hard to find as each room has its own modem. The rooms were relatively clean, though they could use some updating. The pull out couch was actually sleep-able. Kitchen was nice but could have been a little better stocked, especially since it’s harder to bring household items when you are flying in. The parking is way overpriced but I’m sure it’s not different at other hotels in the area. Not having an option to self park yourself at the actual hotel is really inconvenient. There are several food truck courts to the west of the hotel, and a nice outdoor shopping center to the east."
"Really good resort. Great location. There’s a food truck plaza to the West about 250 meters. Really delicious food there. Moama Beach was great for going for walks in the evening. A/c could’ve been a bit cooler."
