"Went in after three business days of me emailing to set up an appointment. Didn't make it up the stairs when I ran into some dude in Civilian attire asking me if I had an appointment. Told him the same thing stated above. Procedded to tell him how I need a POA since I leave in a day. Told me to try making another appointment and/or use my ships legal. Why the hell is this place here, if it's not to help. Ended up going to Schofield, walked in and they helped me out with in 10 minutes. Recommend Schofield till they figure their life out."

"Very slow service and have very inefficient processes. Lots of trees to kill and paperwork to fill out. The internet exists, start using it efficiently so people don't have to come in 3 times and fill out a book of paperwork for 1 legal document."
