"Walked in to this store 30 minutes before it closed and looked at couches to purchase for our new home on the island. A gentleman walked up to us and asked if we had any questions and I asked “if we purchased today, how long would it take to ship to our home?” His response was that it would arrive in 3 days “but you would have to make a decision now because we are closing. The sale will still be good until Saturday.” It is an absolute joke for someone to be in retail sales and to have more interest in closing the store than to make a sale for a purchase close to $2000! I get that it is close to your time to leave but we had been in the store for 30 minutes and nobody even bothered to greet us. Customer service apparently doesn’t exist at this NEX Home Gallery. If this were my employee back when I was a retail store manager, I’d have them fired. Instead, I will take my hard earned $2000 to another retailer."

"Nice selection of mostly beds and couches. Smaller selection of desks, shelving, and dressers. Prices are ok. Mattress Firm down the street had a better selection with cheaper prices and the same with Ashley furniture for other items, but staff is helpful without being pushy."

"It's very refreshing to go to a furniture store without a salesperson following you around. But, when you have a question, there is nobody to ask. Unless, you want to stand in line... Other than that, I feel, the prices cannot be beat."
