Starbucks

"Allows pets into their store which is a health code violation. They have a sticker on their door stating “service animals only” but if they aren’t going to follow that than what’s the point? Employee said they couldn’t ask if the dog was a service animal, but by federal law you can ask 1. Is it a service dog? 2. What task does it perform? And federal law over rules corporate policy. By allowing pets into their stores not only are they creating an environment that is not allergen friendly but they’re also putting legitimate service dogs and their handlers at serious risk for being attacked by allowing pets into their facility."

"I went there to study since the other Starbucks had not tables and I didn't want to sit outside. However going there it was empty and was able to find seats easy. But I needed to use the bathroom and for some strange reason they closed the bathroom I asked if I could have the door code to use the restroom and the lady working there told me, " No we closed it already." I asked why since it was only 230 and they don't close until 6. She ignored my question and told me "Go use the McDonalds bathroom were closed." I was planning on staying another hour or so to study as I usually do at a coffee shop but after that conversation I left. If I was going to have to pack up all my stuff and walk across the street to use the bathroom I'm not staying. I left and went elsewhere to study never coming back to this Starbucks. coffee was fine just like any other Starbucks but the bathroom situation was ridiculous I'm not wasting my time there."
