"I only do mobile orders here because I'm usually in a hurry, but they do a great job and always have it ready as ordered and fast! Thank you!"

"This location is generally good. The staff are all very nice and friendly and helpful when asking questions about the new seasonal drinks. However, they consistently put too much milk in their lattes and when you ask them about it they are very dismissive and reply with a snarky answer of “uh, it’s a latte.. it’s supposed to have a lot of milk.” I am an avid coffee drinker. I drink a lot of lattes and I know what to expect. In fact, I ordered this exact same drink yesterday at a different location and had a much better latte. I’m not sure if it is a store wide issue, or just one or two baristas. But I have had this experience more than once. I May just stop going to this location all together, which is a bummer as it is very conveniently located for me."

"Went for the fall drinks (bogo in September) and they were busy, even on a Thursday, late afternoon! I felt bad since they just kept having to pump out drinks constantly; poor baristas! The pink drinks with cold foam (so fancy!) were a delight for my kids, and the pumpkin flavored chai and coffee was okay for me."

"The staff at this Starbucks is very respectful and nice and they do the public the courtesy of leaving the bathroom open and I hope the public will return the favor and keep the bathroom meet. The only reason I don’t give them five stars is because I think Starbucks is very expensive and they impact peoples budgets more than people realize. But if you want to go to a Starbucks where they treat you with respect you should try the one at Kam shopping center."

"Very bad service... all the employees just running like chickens without head... availability not updated. Ordered and then they just make wait for nothing. Plenty items from the showcase not available as well but been offered... they might not have a manager o person who takes care of all of this.... 2/28/21 Gave them a second try... same thing... always out of plenty items and even worst this time.. completely out of pastries. This place should be close down..."
