"Very rude worker with curly haired guy(ish) who cannot fulfill your order according to the clear instructions you give on the app. He makes the second coffee in a rude manner, but again he does not follow the instructions…. And, knowingly he presses the faucet too hard and splashes water on your face, ah, “accidentally” of course….but with a moronic smile on his face... Fire these people if they are not happy with what they signed up for and especially if they give customer service like this. Bad for any business who operates with consumers ."

"This Starbucks is great, but incredibly inconsistent. Sometimes my drink is ready in 5 minutes and other days it takes 15-20 mins when there's only 1 person making drinks and 3 others behind the bar doing busy work. Drinks are great though. Efficiency could use some streamlining."

"This is my go to coffee spot in the morning before work and have been going here since they opened. I used to really enjoy it because the staff was always so upbeat , happy and just friendly.... BUT Recently this location staff is changing all the time and just aren't very efficient. Now when I go the line is long and takes what seems like for ever. What took me 15 minutes now is more like 30. Kinda sad because I have seen people come in and than leave because they see how long it will take. I am hoping management will slowly turn this crew around. Just went 3 straight days and they got my order wrong each time.... no vanilla syrup , no ice in ice coffee ... wth"

"Great service as usual! The staff is super nice and helpful finding new drinks to enjoy! Love all the cups they have on display. The place is really big and has plenty of space to chill on your laptop."
