"I've always purchased from them cus I like to support stores that still let me go in and see and touch the products in person before purchasing. But now customer service has dived having issued with a 400 dollar router and they tell me it's passed the 15 days and I have to deal with the factory warranty now . Manager was rude and had attitude. I also spent 1.5 hours hours on phone with geek squad, reached six different hard to understand phone reps that resulted in getting no where 2 year warranty with router resulted in another wild goose chase .recommend go to costco or Amazon from now on ."

I am trying to give the employees a sign or eye contact for services but they just rather chat with their co-workers instead. When I tried to walk away, they came to me and asked if I needed help. Omg for real? That's how they get trained."

He helped us from start to finish an put up with our loads of questions an us changing our minds a couple of times on exactly which ones we wanted to purchase. He even spent a good 10-15 minutes looking for the one we wanted in the back for us. Totally recommend this place for all your electronic needs an the deals were great."
