McDonald's

"Regrettably, my experience at this particular McDonald's falls far short of even the most basic expectations. Despite repeated visits, the service consistently fails to meet acceptable standards, characterized by prolonged wait times and frequent inaccuracies in order fulfillment. Furthermore, it appears that the establishment prioritizes drive-thru patrons at the expense of in-store customers, resulting in neglect and disregard for those who choose to dine in. Such operational shortcomings not only undermine the brand's reputation but also detract from the overall customer experience. As such, I cannot in good conscience recommend patronizing this location, as it fails to uphold the standards of efficiency and quality synonymous with the McDonald's brand."

"It's just your average Hawaii McDonald's. The only thing weird is you can only order to go from the kiosks probably because they didn't have any trays. Otherwise it was nice and clean in this mcdonalds."

"This was the worst restaurant I've ever been to, let alone McDonald's. I was waiting for them to hand me my food for 10 minutes that was on the counter and was ignored by 5 employees. After eventually getting my food, I asked for mayo and tartar sauce, 5 minutes later I get mayo and a 4pc mcnugget box of muster. All my food was cold and gross by the time I got to it. Ive black listed this location permanently and I work nearby."

"I will not go back here. Ordered a number 7. 2 chs burgers, fries and a drink. (Medium size) Also a 6 pc chicken nuggets. They handed me a small bag and I looked at it and said, That's it?....... the order was crammed into this small bag I had with this place!!!"

"It was quite an experience, typically I like going to McDonald’s but after coming here( July 31) in McDonald’s located at Valkenburgh Street, it change my mind. First thing first was the staff were rude name (Joyce). We asked kindly to separate the creamer and sugar of the coffee since the kiosk only have the option ( special order) but when we got our coffee they didn’t do it and when we told that to “Joyce” about she just starred as if we asked them to separate. So I asked if they can replace it or at least have a cup with hot water and she said normally we charge for a hot water as if it was our fault. Then the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the place was absolutely disaster. Table were not wipe and sanitize and the rest room we also gross, it has a bad odor even right outside of the entrance of the rest room. Also, both garbages was full. Definitely not satisfied with the service of the staff and the cleanliness of the building especially they serve food"
