"Managing Partner Twan Costa doesn’t have any knowledge of both federal and state laws as they relate to disability and hate crimes and actions. Our relative who is severely physically disabled needed protection under the American disability act related to her service dog and Ms Costa - who is unprofessional and lacks knowledge - didn’t know anything about both the federal and state laws protecting disabled persons which allowed for her service dogs and that both the dogs and their elderly owner could ‘not’ be persecuted for having a service dog who is allowed to do its job. Costa needs to go back to law school and take a refresher course on the laws related to disabilities and ADA to take referrals otherwise, no referrals to her firm should be made"

"This law office was provided to me when I subscribed to something called legal shield or you pay $25 a month and you get a lawyer assigned to you. Don't expect any personalized service and because of covid it's all done online right now now that works for some people but it didn't work for me. They may have good services but I was not able to access them through my legal shield subscription. After subscribing to legal legal shield I noticed that their ratings are low overall. I guess you do get what you pay for! Lol"
