"The Most Beautiful Hawaiian Convention Center on the Hawaiian Island of Oahu Bring Your Family and Friends !"
"Don't get me wrong, but Hawaii is beautiful. However, everything is costly. They are trying to nickel and dime tourists because they don't want us to come and visit. The prices keep climbing annually. Greedy and Rip off."
"Honolulu is a dangerous place where your chances of being a victim of a theft are 1 in 29!!! Honolulu police do little to nothing to stop this and the thieves know it. They leave a trail of locations from stolen Apple products and the cops are incapable of using info spoon feed to them by civilians to catch these guys. This is a great place to live if you make your money of victimizing travelers!! Attn all thieves!! Move to Oahu for a stress free life of crime!!!"
"Re: Ka Moana Lau Our event got rained out and cancelled, but that isn't the reason for the one star, Its how management handled it! They knew it was going to rain all day, yet no arrangement was made whatsoever. We arrived at 3.30p and was handed ponchos. Are we really expected to sit in rain and eat? After 2 hours of wait, we were told that the event has been cancelled. After waiting to eat all day, we didn't even get water! They could have easily shifted the event under covers and at-least feed the hundreds of people that may haven't ate for many hours. They decided to hand out food to-go. Good news, right?? Nope!! They didn't even make the effort to bring the food to the covered waiting area, rather made all guest collect food from a van parked in the parking lot, while it rained profusely. I've never experience such bad planning, management, customer service and overall experience."
"The State of Hawaii has committed customer service suicude... the mandatory Covid "QR" codes, mask, and poor attitude has put a bad taste in all tourist mouths. Restaurants doing 25% of normal business, tours seemingly less. How much longer for this madness. The Island Paradise has turned into a nightmare."
