The agents working the check in/out lanes were very friendly and quick. This was the first time using Alamo, I will definitely be using them again!!!!"

"We had reserved a vehicle from HNL location while returning for a 10 year anniversary on Aug 27 until Sept 1st. The reservation, skip the counter pick up, and return process was very simple, quick, and easy. However, the reason we are leaving a negative review was the condition that the vehicle was in. The vehicle was left for us to choose in the lot. While parked in the dark garage, we did not notice, but after leaving, we realized the vehicle was very dirty and even felt unsanitary riding the vehicle. After leaving the lot the same day we had messaged Alamo using the contact QR code but didnt get any response and just dealt with it for the duration of our trip since we did not have time to go back and forth with the matter while on vacation.
