"It took a while to get my roof fixed because of all the damage Las Vegas had from the storm in Nov 2023 because they were backed up. The guys that worked on my roof, Yankee and Juan were outstanding!! They came at 7:30am as promised and left at 5 pm after they finished the job.They took a very short lunch break and continued with their work. Yankee did a water check to see where the leak was and after they finished, did another one to make sure the leak was fixed. They were polite, considerate of my home and worked very hard the whole time. I'm very pleased with their work."

"On Sep 11, we scheduled an appointment for Oct. 5. The morning of Oct. 5 I received a call confirming they would come that morning. Unfortunately, nobody showed up. I called back on Oct. 10, no answer. Sometime later, I called the office, which they said they would reach out to the technician to see what happened, never got a call back. I understand you may have been busy, but at least give me a call back to reschedule. If this is how they are from the beginning, can't imagine how it is to deal with them if something goes wrong on their work. Stay away."
