"I had an excellent experience here buying my puppy. I was impressed by how clean the kennels were and how they prioritized putting the high energy breeds together so they could have extra play time. The staff was very friendly throughout the puppy buying process and they even offered additional training tips. I went back a week later to buy some more food and supplies and they remembered me and asked how the puppy was. I would definitely go back and recommend them to others!"

"I stopped in there to buy two cuddle bone holders for my birds. All of the employees were way too busy with people wanting to buy $2000 or more puppies to take a minute to walk away to help me check out. I waited for a minute, and nobody came. I went and asked a girl if I was at the right checkout place and she said yes and that she would get somebody to help me. A gentleman in a cowboy hat asked me from across the store if I was looking to check out, and I told him yes and he said he’d be with me in a minute and he’d be right with me. Two minutes later him not even remotely concerned, and just carried on talking with customers and typing on the computer, I left the two items on the counter and walked out the door. $6.99 per item I was purchasing wasn’t important though for them. $14 or so isn’t important enough for them. You wonder why people turn to Amazon. I live right around the corner. I think I’ll drive a little further for better customer service since I know where Petland stands with me. I will say the place is super clean and the animals are definitely taken care of well. Their customer service for folks not buying puppies, they’ll get to you when they get to you."

"My family and I went in to see what puppies were available. They had an ok selection. The puppies were ridiculously high in price, but all seemed healthy and happy. Staff was friendly and informative. The experience was nice, just wish it was a little more affordable."

"The pets here are incredibly expensive but, I love to go hold them, love on them! I figure that I am contributing to their socialization. I do have to mention in all fairness that the $$$ you spend does get you the puppy, shots, vet care, a crate, etc. I usually prefer to utilize a rescue. The employees here are very nice and accommodating, some even knowledgeable about the puppies. All of the pups were purebred, including this tiny schnauzer boy that I fell in love with!"
