Costco Wholesale

"Costco has lost there way at this location. They are so content fleecing us for an annual fee, that they have lost direction on product pricing and customer service at this location. Gasoline is out of line price wise, and approximately .25 cents higher than the other Costco in town. Customer service is also getting quite poor, there employee's act as if it is a problem to help customers. Employee's are always talking amongst each other on the floor, and can't be bothered with there customers. Prices are becoming par with Walmart's. Why fight the parking issues, and check out issues for little to no savings. I WILL BE CLOSING MY COSTCO MEMBERSHIP THIS YEAR, AND WILL NOT RENEW, AFTER 20 YEARS. THIS WAS A GOOD STORE AT ONE TIME, NO LONGER. MAYBE IT IS DUE FOR A MANAGER CHANGE. ALSO, A GOOD PORTION OF THERE EMPLOYEE'S, THAT ARE NO LONGER WANTING TO BE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, AND HELPING CUSTOMERS, SHOULD BE GIVEN THEIR WALKING PAPERS. TIME TO EITHER LIVE BY HOW COSTCO GREW THROUGH THE YEARS, AND MAYBE TIME TO CLOSE THIS OVERPRICED, AND SEVERELY LACKING EMPLOYEE CUSTOMER SERVICE LOCATION. CUSTOMER SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, PRICES, PRICES, PRICES. WAKE UP AND START APPRECIATING YOUR CUSTOMERS A LITTLE. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE A LITTLE LESS OF A CASH COW FOR COSTCO, AND SOMEWHAT MORE APPRECIATIVE OF THERE CUSTOMERS."

"I pulled in tonight to Costco and curb-checked my front tire on the curb. Flat tire! I walked up to the tire center and explained that I’m an idiot with a flat tire. Daniel came out and told me it’s off the rim, they can’t help. But he helped me with the spare, even grabbed his jack. He realized I was an idiot and he could change the tire in his sleep faster than I could. He got me all set and on my way. He refused to take a tip. Absolutely refused. Daniel really helped me out and he was such a nice guy (even tho he was wearing a Packers hat). He’s why I love Costco. Good people. Thanks Daniel!"

"Love Costco! I have the Citibank card and membership with Costco. The prices are great if you shop wisely. The check you get back each year more than covers your membership . The roasted chicken for $5 is a great price and so is the food, court it can't be beat. Some of the items we purchase: All of our seafood, all meat as it's all choice. We buy it in bulk and separate it and freeze it in smaller containers. We buy our cheese, frozen fruit, yogurt, seltzer water, soap, olive oil, tuna, walnuts, almonds, just to name a few things. They sometimes have great specials on shoes and clothes. The only reason I am giving them four stars in summerlin is they need to build another one in the area. It's way too crowded every time I come here!!! No parking and long lines. Costco build another Costco! The pictures I'm attaching were just when it opened as I was one of the first in line."

"Love Costco. Great prices and quality. Only issues are with people. They need to look at gas like a pit stop. When you wait in line. Be prepared. Have your Costco card and payment card out and ready. If a spot clears up front, use the middle lane to take an open spot. When you get out of your car, get off your phone and focus on getting your gas. By doing this you are being thoughtful of those behind you who are also waiting. The quicker and more focused on the task at hand, the better the experience for everyone. Rant over…thank you!"
