"Our experience was very bad. Will never stay here again and that will be mainly because of the parking. Things that made our stay uncomfortable and horrible: 1. The parking garage that you pay $25 a day is all full. I was looking for parking spot for 45min. And another time for 30min. They have bunch of valet and reserved areas but little to nothing for self park. Called the front office to tell them that we paid and can find a parking spot. They told us to leave the parking and find another parking garage that is further. Why would I have to leave the parking garage if I’m staying at YOUR hotel…? And talk 30min just to get to our hotel when there’s a parking garage just for our hotel. Yeah that doesn’t make any sense. 2. Check in is really bad. Lines were so long. I would recommend using self check-in on the left side of the line. 3. The pillow was very uncomfortable to sleep on woke up and my neck was hurting bad. Had to sleep without a pillow at one point. The room it-self was nice. Had a nice view. It was loud but that’s okay because it Vegas…"
"The location is very convenient to the Strip. The rooms are comfortable. There are no amenities, coffee maker or anything. Check in is late and if you arrive early you can leave your bags at valet but there is a really long wait to do that. When I arrived I waited at valet for so long i gave up. The man at reception said I could upgrade my room for $30/night extra. So I did that to get into my room as it was 1pm. I paid the extra then the man charged me an additional $30 for an early check in, even though he told me if I upgraded my room I could get straight in. The hotel is a convenient location but be aware of all the extra fees and of you arrive early expect to pay extra to get into your room."
"First time here was fantastic! Rooms are clean and well decorated with beautiful views of the strip. The “habitat” area with real flamingos is also very cool. Great central location for getting to anywhere you want. Prices are amazing if you go during the week, but are quite expensive on the weekend."
"It is one of the better hotels in the old Vegas area. This location has a lot of nice amenities all while still having lower prices than other locations on Fremont Street and the strip. I have stayed here a few times, and it is a bang for your buck. This location has food vendors inside that are pretty good too."
"I enjoyed being able to check in and out digitally, the line was always long and I was grateful to never stand in it. This was our first time in Vegas and of all the casinos we visited (a lot a lot), the dealers and staff were the nicest and most personable in the Flamingo casino. The bed was great, linens and towels nicely clean. Rooms were very quiet. I could hear music outside the building, but was never bothered with slamming doors or people in the hallway. I am not sure why I selected "high roller" room, but was placed on floor 7. We did not have hot water for 2 of the 3 days and when I called, I was told they were working on it. Kind of surprised that we didn't get any contact or efforts to discount my rate or get rewards; I'm still trying to figure that out. The bathroom was a little beat up and front door area was quite worn in. The soap dispenser and faucet handles were broken. The location is great and I love that it's connected to The Promenade. On our way out the elevator lights were completely out, so we were in a pitch black elevator with 7 people; it was odd but also by that point I think everyone thought it was to be expected considering the water issues. I know things happen, but I could tell several people were very angry. The Burlesque show was great! The Mexican restaurant on site was great and it was nice to have a DJ and be able to dance."
