"Absolutely the worst. So may things went wrong in such a short time all for a nail trim. I called ahead to make sure it was okay to bring my BLIND dog in and communicated that I had a special cash deal for her nails, was put on hold and THEN told to come in. This woman, Laura started clipping her nails, I told the front desk 2 times that I needed them trimmed with the grinder. The groomer came out and said it was be 2 times as much ONLY AFTER she had my dog in the back. I said I am not paying that much. She said she couldn't start or finish the job, fine, go get my dog. She stomps into the back, roughly grabs my 20 pound BLIND dog, and start clipping her nails indiscriminately instead of bringing her back out. I look to the girl at the front desk and tell her no way am I payong for that. I wanted a grind, why did she just GRAB my blind dog roughly and start clipping her ROUGHLY after I made it clear its a no go? Then she comes out and yells at me that it is 2 times as much and I have to pay for what she did. NO, I DONT, I did not agree to a clip and you said you would not do it and went ahead and did it anyway.. WHY WOULD YOU TRY TO HOLD MY DOG HOSTAGE?? You put her and me and those girls that work there in danger??? she is bleeding one three nails and in shock from you. I can't believe this woman works with animals or people. What an EVIL person. First, she should not have clipped my dogs nails, I made it clear what I would pay before I came in and before she did any work, second, she told the girl at the front desk to take my dog into the back, and tried to take her hostage after she went ahead and did the wrong job on my blind dog and insisted I pay for it after I TOLD HER NO GO. . Hell no, I walked through the door to get my dog and she stepped in front and shoved me back so I pushed through and got my dog. This woman is CRAZY. On another note, her breath was horrible!"
