"This pet station is turning into a pit! Dog wash: last time no hot water, this time water and dog hair all over the floor, in drain, on towels. When I requested the room be re-cleaned, got an attitude "yeah but the tub is clean". Wow, don't get it and no dog treats. What! :)"
