"The store is so clean and welcoming, the employees are always so friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice people. My son loves to go and look at the animals, and they don't get annoyed if you hang out for awhile. Also, they always have crickets, which we need for our reptiles, so that is a bonus. We stopped going to the two major chain stores quite awhile ago. This local chain is so much better(we also go to the store on S McCarran, have not checked out any other locations) and I know they will alwys have what we need, as well as great service."

"I didn’t know about this location and this was by far the best experience i’ve had at a pet station (and Kujo agrees too!) The wash station lay out is very nice and open which I like because Kujo was the most relaxed he’s even been being washed. All the workers gave him treats and pets and they were so kind to us. I have never felt so welcomed at a pet store before!"
