"I I'm currently staying here & will be leaving there's burn holes in the carpet & bathroom floor. It smells like cigarettes, moldy & sour. The hot water randomly turnes nuclear hot for a few seconds every min or so, causing burns. The staff are rude, disrespect with their attitudes when asked questions. They won't help with Siegal rewords issues regarding points,they just tell you to call corporate and corporate tells you to talk to the staff. The staff here has done nothing but harass us wish unnecessary postings on the front door, even when rent is paid. There's pigeon poop all over front entrance & our balcony. The balcony is also sinking in the center so ice forms when it rains. The hallways smell horrendous like body odor, urine and cigarettes. We’ve never had any complaints against us. One violation for a blanket coving our sliding glass door because the blinds are broken and our unit faces downtown Sparks. There are only a total of three outlets, one in the bathroom and two in the room. The power is being maxed out with no kitchenette. Their solution is a massive surge protector in one outlet for the fridge and microwave. The room was not cleaned underneath or behind any furniture that was already there. The only friendly helpful staff members are the courtesy patrol."

"The maintenance guy and security we had the chance to meet was super professional and very nice. Definitely the opposite of the front desk crew. However, security are only there to observe and report so stay at your own risk. The room (as you see in the pics) was not worth the stay or price. The balcony was covered with pigeon feces which we completely bleached down and swept til it looked like new. There was a huge burn on the rug that you can obviously tell someone sat a piping hot pot down on. The entire place including the room smells like cigarettes but smoking is allowed so I guess that's okay with them. The faucets splash water everywhere regardless of how low you try and turn them. People wait til 2am to party and play music on their balconys. If you leave or asked to leave within 30 days you will not get your deposit back even if the reason involves your safety or if you're just simply not satisfied. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after multiple people told me how crazy the place is. Next time I'll listen."

"Zero stars!!! This place needs to be SHUTDOWN!!! completely filthy! The entrance from the parking lot was unclean and covered with bird feces and trash. Lobby area and halls reek of cigarette smoke.Carpets and floors were dirty everywhere. Elevator to living areas is disgusting and is unsafe. The room I was shown was a complete disaster, really old, torn and broken furniture. Room looked nothing like online advertising. Fridge was not clean! Bathroom was unclean and dimly lit. Paint chipping on walls and smelled of mold in bathroom. Tenants walking around seemed really sketch and unemployed.. The manager of this place should be ashamed of the way this place is being run. I would never recommend this place to anyone..."

"Management sides with predators that stalk women. Absolutely do not rent here if you are a woman. We’re not safe pretty much anywhere, but here the management won’t even side with you! You will be gaslighted into believing you didn’t really experience harassment when you absolutely did."

"Been here since May 2022, The staff here are Amazing They seem frustrated sometimes but if you stay calm and understand the B.S they handle daily you’ll see what an amazing team they are. My room is definitely aged not one of the remodeled rooms but I dig where it’s located. I’ve had to adjust my eating habits since there’s no kitchen but I’ve made it work, need something fixed, DONE, need something removed, DONE I’m telling you , great location, free cable with showtime, free internet And included utilities and a pool try getting all this somewhere else for the same price. Update February 2023 I would recommend this location to anyone I know, the staff have always been nothing but friendly, professional and Extremely thoughtful. The only reason I moved is because of cost. I see some of the negative reviews and I can only assume that those people where either very negligent with their rent or their agreement to follow the policies that are clearly stated in their rental agreement. If you come in, pay your rent on time and DONT become a nuisance, your stay there will be extremely pleasant. The comfort there depends on you not the staff."
