"Undergoing a remodel and will be a Best Western+. We stayed in one of the remodeled rooms and it was really nice. A lot of construction going on, but relatively quiet considering how much was going on. Good location close to food and shopping and the Nugget casino. I would definitely stay again."
"Very nice hotel. Very accommodating. The staff was nice. The room was clean. The water was hot and had a good pressure. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were, too. The best part was that it was significantly cheaper than staying in downtown Reno, but only a 7 minute drive/ride to everything downtown."
"I am giving this place 4 stars because even though the rooms are out dated the staff here are good. The lady at the bar was nice considering we were kinda loud while we watched one of the basketball games and made it feel like it was a private party. Also, during memorial day weekends lots of hotels are booked and they accommodated our whole team for a fair price I guess, BUT...it is still out dated. I don't care much but for some of the parents they didn't like the place that much. It is clean and that is a plus! Oh, haha, our view was interesting!"
