"Definitely grateful for the cheap room prices and the fact that they allow dogs in their hotel. The open availability of their hotel rooms allowed me to book at a moment’s notice. However, upon checking into our room, I did notice that the cleanliness was not the best. There was hair in the bathroom that did not belong to either of us. There was also one VERY long black hair embedded in my meal that I got from Cafe Bellini. Overall it was very much a “you get what you pay for” experience. The cleanliness of the restaurant and hotel room itself could use some work. All the staff I encountered were very friendly, professional, and helpful. I wouldn’t stay here again nor would I recommend that others stay here. I would rather spend more money to avoid getting hair in my food."

"I only went in to see how it has changed in 20 years. I worked there many years ago. It sure doesn't look like it used to. The casino floor was clean, lighting was nice and bright. We had no interaction with employees."

"I really like this casino. Lost of machines and dining options. Pretty chill environment. I win sometimes here but it's nice enough to where I don't mind losing a little money here. Drink servers are definitely around and attentive. 100% would recommend as a great sparks casino"

"Great rooms at great rates. After reading some sketchy reviews about the risks of parking overnight in downtown Reno, we picked this Inn to stay. I was very happy with the beds, the cleanliness, the sense of security of the area, and the parking lot. Check-in was fast and easy. We didn't play at the casino. The 24 restaurant inside the casino had good food and service at 1am."

"We bring our dog when we go and they remodeled the pet friendly rooms and everything was comfortable and clean! I was glad to see a security guard walking around and down the halls makes you feel a lot more safe. We had dinner at Pancho Willie's and it was awesome as usual. My husband was a little disappointed they took out the blackjack tables because that's his game but I did play the slot machines and even one a little money."
