"The property manager, Sandy, is amazing.... The location is very quiet, and the rooms are quaint."
"The place is very old, as are most of the residents. But the rooms are comfortable, albeit small and inconvenient. We don't have a kitchen or anywhere to wash dishes. There's only a shower--no tubs. The wifi is absolutely horrendous, and they give you a voucher with a code on it that's good for supposedly 7 days, but they never work half the time and the management will not work with you. The lady in the office,I think her name is Sandie--she is sweet and trues Tobe helpful. But the lady manager who lives right next to the office--Anna--shes a real piece of scum."

"Everyone here is AMAZING!!!!!! Especially Sandy and the GM!!!!! Mom lived here for 11 years and last Friday she unfortunately passed away. Sandy was comforting, she was helpful and has a heart of gold. She made sure to get my moms dementia husband to taken care of until someone could come get him, she greeted me with open arms when I touched ground the next day in Sparks, she gave me access to my moms room, her keys, everything!!!!! Im so thankful for you Sandy!!! Ill never forget the kindness they bestowed upon my Mom and me!!! Xxxooo"
