"I have been very happy with the management of our home. We do not live in a "vacation" destination yet, some how they keep my house rented. It's in Washington State so I am always pleased when they secure off season rentals. Payments are on time every month. The only thing I wish was different was to have the daily rental rate on statements by rental and somewhere in the owners log-in area. The "booking agent" is great about communicating and the house manager/housekeeper they got for the house has been wonderful to work with. The first rental in my home was 69 days as I recall. Nice website to view your upcoming rentals and it's very easy to book time for yourself!"
