"Private Family Owners Service is Progressive and it has a perfect classic theme. Great for a getaway, or a staycation, with the whole family, for a Reno-Sparks experience, in any of the Northern Nevada and California, tourist destinations, forget your keys, and throw caution to the wind. Reminds me of a modern middle eastern bazaar, meets the Jetsons!"
"The place looks ok from the outside but the inside has bugs and is noisy. The manager lady is rude and the maintenance is non-existent. Now I've lived here for about a month and it's even worse than initially thought. The landlady/Gestapo style management is inconsistent at best and bipolar at worst. The first day I lived here my girls parents were delivering her clothes and such when coming out of no where comes this moo moo wearing crazy woman screaming at my father-in-law about parking in our assigned parking place. Tell 6 inches from his face about no visitors after 7pm. Wow. Then we had a family friend that lives on the premises and we were told that we were not allowed to talk to her. We were told we were not allowed to say hello in passing in the parking lot. She told us when we got there that there was a $100 pet deposit. Small dogs or cats ok. The landlord has several and other people had large pitbulls. When we inquired about the deposit because we were considering getting a puppy we were informed that we were not allowed to have a dog. No amount of money would persuade her. Next day one of my neighbors brought in a new barking dog. Next we were told that we were going to have to move because we have a baby. Yes we were told we had to move because we had a 4 month old baby. This place is a cautionary tale and if you need a place and your choices are living by the river in a stick shelter and moving in here than pick the river please. Learn from my mistakes"
"Horrible place to stay I had just moved to Reno from the bay area and needed a place to live but not desperate she seemed really nice her name is Ms Anderson at least that's what she say. I met with her paid 960$ for the month but didn't see inside because the people was leaving the next day she told me it was newly remodeled very clean and nice I got there first it smelled like funky dog then the shower was disgusting when I got in dog hair dirt and everything else started coming up clogging the shower nothing worked the light bulbs was out it was horrible and I had to soon bring my 5 year old son I told her about it she was dumbfounded to everything I said telling me I'm lying and complaining she's horrible she takes your money and then say f it then had the nerve to charge me 100$ for cleaning deposit I wouldn't recommend this place to no one it's a dump it's a lot of meth users live there that's y they not complaining. Last to say I had to clean the whole place after driving 4 hours I was tired it took two weeks for the smell to go away it was all in my hair and clothes everyday horrible and sad."
"This is a small cider block building, just a few units clean and thrifty providing mainly weeklies. Its located in an older district of Reno on the old Hwy and has Resturant, Bars, mini mart and even a doggie day care within short walking distance. This is the older district so the surroundings are not attractive but they are conveniently located.,"
"Stayed on July 29th 2016. I was so tired that I fell asleep within 2 min of entering the room. I woke up 3 hrs later and must have had over 50 bed bug bites on my torso and legs. Went to the office to get a refund and was rudely told there are none given. I slept outside due to no other rooms available at a reasonable price in the area. I will be reporting this motel to the Health Department of Washoe County and any other agency that deals with this type of situation. THE PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED OR AT LEAST CLOSED UNTIL IT IS SAFE TO STAY THERE!!!!!"
