"Plumbing old and gets backed up alot. The prices for a kitchenett are sky high @ $1000 a month. They restrict your visitors to certain hours. The maintenance of the rooms are unprofessional and not qualified."

"Been living here about 10 months. It's very quiet at nights. Hardly any problems with the tenants except your occasional goofball and any sign of trouble with the tenant, the tenant will get evicted.. Other than that, the Manager Teresa is a very nice lady"

"You can tell they are barley doing what is needed to keep this place from falling apart. I think they are waiting for a big Developer or the city to buy this property. It was beautiful once 26 years ago I swam in a pool there that no longer exists. Sad to see it so run down."

"It's okay. And that is because of the full sized refrigerator. But the not really working air conditioner keeps it from being a 5 star rating. The laundry is a plus, though. If they fix the air conditioning then it would be a 5 star rating. Great other than that."
