"Booked a room for three nights well in advance, then got an e-mail at the last minute that I could not be accommodated."
"First time staying at Kramer's about a couple of months ago. Online booking then you get a door code or with our case, we had to speak to customer service since we booked last minute and they don't have anyone in the premises. We picked a lower floor facing the street, we have a dog so the place totally works. Place was clean, vinyl floor and rugs which means it was easier to clean up after your pets mess or whoever else. It's functional, have a full kitchen and washer dryer. I wouldn't mind staying here again."
