"Very clean rooms, great value/cost, and it was very quiet around our room. We were on the 22nd floor with a wonderful view of the city and mountains covered with snow. The front desk was extremely helpful and nice. One major downside is parking is across the street . Not a huge issue, except during snow… but overall it was a wonderful stay and experience. I definitely plan to visit again soon."

"The Reno Suites is a great place to stay in Reno, Nevada. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the swing shift, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable.The staff was very helpful when I first arrived. They helped me check in quickly and efficiently, and they gave me a great overview of the hotel and the surrounding area. They also made sure that I had everything I needed for my stay, including a late check out. The staff was also very helpful. They always were available to answer my questions and provide assistance. They also helped me with my luggage, and they made sure that I had a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a great experience at the Reno Suites. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Reno"

"This hotel is within walking distance to the train station. The rooms were clean and did not smell of smoke-a very nice feature. The reason I only gave 4 stars was that we had ask for the cups, coffee and soaps that were included when we booked our rooms. We also had to go to the lobby to get these items as well as extra towels and pillows. We noticed the shower drain was draining VERY slowly. That was taken care of while we were out for the day. Also, only 4 channels were available in the TV as the hotel was trying to deal with DISH service. One thing to keep in mind is that NOTHING needed from housekeeping (including having the room made up for the second day’s stay) will be done unless you request the service through the main reception desk. All staff members we encountered were courteous and aimed to please. Overall it was a good value for the money. We will stay here again."

"The staff is amazing as well as the prices. The hotel is dated and there are a few areas that could use a little attention to detail, like the overall cleanliness of the elevators. The beds are so comfortable, they give you plenty of towels. The ac/ heater is great as well."
