"Riverboat is one of the lowest priced monthly rooms in the downtown area. The managers are great. Located right downtown, so I walk to movies, casinos, shows. Clean with no crime. Has bigger tv with cable, Wi-Fi, refer, microwave. Edit: I ended up staying over 4 years. Even though Tesla moved into town and all of the rents went up, Riverboat kept their rents lower. I noticed it is currently closed. Does anyone know when they will open?"
"Moved in when the manager Elizabeth was here, was 4 stars, now it's been sold and now it's a 2 star. needs improvement and needs management and security 7 days a week."

"The Riverboat Hotel apartments is convenient for anyone that wants to be in the downtown area. It is one of the best places to live as it is close to the casinos, restaurants, UNR, Greater Nevada field, Truckee river, midtown and the main RTC station. It has a on-site laundry facility, fob door access and security video surveillance. Contact the management office for availability and information."
"I was apartment searching. The lady at the front desk told me this would not be a good place to move with my kids, because they have a lot of registered sex offenders. I appreciate the heads up?"
