"This business needs to be shut down by the authorities! My son booked tickets on Icelandair through them several months in advance. LESS THAN ONE WEEK before he was supposed to depart, the company sent him an email saying that the booking was canceled and he would receive his money in 6-8 weeks. 12:33 ..... "I was promised a refund on a flight I cancelled the same day it was booked. It's been over a month. I was hung up on literally TWELVE TIMES before someone finally answered my question. Told me it was processed and should be in my account. Well, it's not. They stole 400 bucks from me. Do not do business with these scammers!"

"THIS IS A SCAM!!!! I “booked a flight that was impersonating WestJet” on Feb 08, 2022, and have spent the following two months requesting my e-ticket which they could never produce as there was nothing recorded in WestJet, and requesting a full refund for a duplicate booking. When I asked to escalate to upper management I was refused any pathway for further assistance and my calling was hanged up right away 5 times. I’ve requested a dispute for my two transactions through my credit card company. Run don’t walk away from this site. Signed regretting I got SCAMMED. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I also encourage everyone to do the same and then perhaps law enforcement action can be taken against them!!! If you are scammed by this company, come with me together to STOP the scammed. "Pay attention to the positive reviews on this company. Most users have only posted that 1 review. They are having their employees post positive reviews to boost their review ratings. My sister was scammed by this company. She bought a ticket for her daughter to see her grandmother before she passes away. She paid $500 only to find out her flight was never booked. Now she can't get a hold of anyone to get her money back for a non-existent ticket. It is disgusting to take advantage of someone in a tragic time. Don't get scammed by this company!"

"Very unsatisfied! Booked a flight at 1am on 3/30/20. Called the customer service # at 1:50PM on 3/30/20 (same day). I called to confirm my flight of 6 passengers from Vegas to Hawaii. I was on hold for 20min then an Indian man who I could barely understand by the name of Jack answered. Jack put me on hold for another 20min then came back on the line to tell me my flight was cancelled. I did not receive a cancellation email. Good thing I called. I will never use them again."
