"Going trip was one hour late on the start. Got 3 hrs late in destination. Transbord in Phoenix was horrible. Returning trip was 6 hrs. Late arguing logistical problems using or contracting other company bus. These drivers saved the day because we were able to come into USA.Before 7am. Good time into Phoenix. Horrible transbord into company unit. They do their best to get to us to Vegas at 8pm. We have to notice that Restroom in Vegas office was broken. Drivers need a lot more of customers service. They need to communicate costumers about trip duration. Expected stops to eat. Mostly to respect seats numbers assigned when bought. They need to learn to respect the costumer. We do not require to have a degree in nuclear science to understand they may be duplicating persons in seats. While offices in Durango.Dgo looks great and good service in my case lack of sensibility to communicate the bus was 3 hrs. Late but finally was more time. There is a story of failures but they know we need them."
