"Thus was my first time experiencing a hot air balloon ride. I came for a different kind of trip but it was very entertaining nonetheless. The crew here is very close, and they work well together. They are professionals who take their job seriously and have outstanding customer service. They really try to make sure you get the most out of your trip. You show up early at the main office and they drive you out to the outskirts of the city so you really can get the serene views of the desert. It's really peaceful and surprisingly comfortable. A lot of jokes were thrown around showing how long they all have known each other for some time. This is an incredible experience to have here in Las Vegas, something different than your run-of-the-mill strip experience. Go check it out"
