"Absolutely ridiculous. We "won" tickets to Disneyland at a water park, and then we are told to pay forty bucks upfront, then send seventy, and whatever else we payed, that we were supposedly going to get back. Mind you this was like a year and a half ago. We had to pick a date so we picked a day during this month. So after months of going back and forth about things, finally we are told "yeah the hotel you will be staying at is not safe, 100% motel 6. It's filthy and you are probably going to be robbed there." So they LIED to us about the hotel. Also "oh by the way you will get your money and Disney tickets three weeks before you go" Yeah right. It is a week before the day, and we have called several times. The same lady we keep talking to is a COMPLETE AIRHEAD. I normally understand business calls can be frustrating and a lot on the mind, but she wasn't even trying to help us. She started lecturing us, which we did nothing wrong. She sent our tickets and stuff to the wrong address. She says she will call us back. Guess who doesn't call back? You guessed it. This happens at least five times. We get a call tonight at 9:30, a different lady, saying she doesn't believe us and that she will have to listen to the recordings of our calls and call us back. And tells us to "do our part" As well. Very sorry for the long review, but this was the worst experience we have ever had. We shouldn't have trusted the "Spin to Win!" Wheel at the waterpark. And neither should you."

"Casablanca express partners with the timeshare presentations to build money out of tourists. It's all a scam. Anything they promise is a lie. Any positive reviews you read have been paid for by the company. I don't know how Casablanca express has not been sued in a class action lawsuit."

"Agreed with all negative comments. ... booked this trip to the rivera! This place is a slum. ... For 200 I could have stood in a quality joint without the presentation. ... But I should have known. If it's too good to be true, it probably is. Casablanca express is a fraud. You would think if they wanted to solicit you, they would at least give you a decent room."

"This company is very shady. Stay away from them!!!! They claim that they are giving you a deal to stay at the Riviera hotel which is not really a deal to start with especially considering the fact that this hotel is old and needs to be renovated. Additionally, when I got the package, they did not explain to me initially that there was a presentation I need to go to the following day to my arrival and when I called customer support for explanation, they were adamant that this is what I have agreed to which is not even possible as I have a son and they would not allow him to go with us to the presentation (no babysitter is available). She refused to listen to me and kept insisting then she played a recording of my conversation with the agent when I bought the package, and the surprising thing is that there was no mention of such presentation. Also, their cancellation policy will only allow you to cancel within one week from booking the package, otherwise you will LOSE all your money….what a great business model…for ripoff!! Long story short, this is a BIG SCAM…..NEVER BOOK ANY VACATION THROUGH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET A HEADACHE THEN GO TO HELL !!"
