"I have been training in aerial silks for 3 years and always used my studios silks. A few months ago I finally bit the bullet and purchased my own and I couldn’t be happier with them. When I was looking for recommendations from my instructors and other aerial friends they all referred me to aerial essentials since that’s who they order from. When I called them for recommendations on length and hardware the woman I spoke to was super helpful and friendly. I have had my frozen silks for 4 months and I couldn’t be happier.so much that I bought a new set of emerald silks from them . I love all their colors and the quality is great."

"I never leave negative reviews. But after years of only hearing/having good experiences with this company I am extremely disappointed in how they handled complaints of receiving VERY flawed silks. My friend had purchased some yellow silks and within one day of practice they were torn and stretched to a point of being unusable. I was with her for the entirety of her practice and can confirm that she had no jewelry, buttons, zippers, etc that would have ripped the fabric. I understand that they have a no refund policy, but encouraging aerialists to continue to use fabric that is massively damaged after just one practice is not only unethical but unsafe. They had previously admitted to having problems with some fabric having “runs” , but the yellow silks were supposedly all good to go… I just want to warn that although I have had good experiences in the past, the quality of their silks has gone down more than I could imagine and they WILL NOT take responsibility for selling dangerous aerial equipment."
