"This was an amazing experience! My two cats stayed at one of the villages/rooms for 13 nights. They both shared a big kennel, but were allowed out of it and into the room as much as possible (if they're the only cats in the room, they have free access to it 24/7; if not, then they take turns with the other cats in the room). The room had plenty of stimulation (even a fish tank!). The staff was amazing and responded immediately every time I texted them (they have a text line)."

"My two cats’ first time out for a groom and a lion cut, which I had heard about from a client of Susan’s. Susan was punctual, helpful, welcoming and professional. She was reassuring and told me to return in 2 hours. She called in 1.5 hours and the cats were ready. They were clean, calm and absolutely cute as heck. Reasonably priced for great quality. Susan’s shop is intimate and beautifully decorated. A real winner. ; highly recommend."
"We love taking our two boys to Susan’s place when we’re gone for an extended period of time. She really enjoys what she does and you can tell all the guest kitties get lots of love while their owners are away. Her prices are very reasonable/affordable. We like to put our cats in the Sicily room. Make sure to book in advance because she fills up quickly! We also take them there for grooming needs as well, and they always come back looking great!"
