"I was very happy with the way the store was set up today! (3/18/24) I am in a wheelchair and usually I can’t get ANYWHERE in a Clair’s. (Which always made it difficult to shop there with my kids.) today I was finally able to get around comfortably. Without knocking anything over with my chair. The cashier (unfortunately I didn’t get their name but this person was so nice and amazing.) They really made my daughter feel special for her 8th birthday. They knew how to handle a high energy child without making us feel judged. Thank you meadowwood mall Clair’s!"

"My daughter (8 yr old) just got ear piercing this afternoon at Claire’s. Aspen and the other lady were really nice to my daughter and so fast. I will take my second daughter there again when she is ready."

"Came in tonight 01-06-2023 around 8:45 to grab my daughter 2 birthday items. There wear employees standing around with I assume sum friends they knew chatting. The store wreaked of pot, not just like someone had some pot on them, they were definitely smoking in the store somewhere. The rest of the mall was fine so it was definitely just in there. The looks on the employees faces told me everything I needed to know. Never coming in here again and so happy I didn’t have my two other daughters with me."
