"0 stars if possible! Friendly staff, just grossly overpriced. No dead skin removal, not great selection of colors, entire service took 30 minutes despite being one of the more expensive packages ($80 base price). Honestly I would’ve been better off just doing it at home. I understand quality over quantity, but this place has neither. Not even a standard pedicure chair; literal bowl of sudsy water with dollar tree decorative stones on the bottom. Had a drink that was alright , but honestly I see why they sell specialty drinks because you have to be a little buzzed to ignore the mediocre experience that you just got price gouged for. Was going for a relaxing spa day as a birthday treat for myself, but just ended up highly disappointed and getting my feet redone at another nail salon next day that was quite literally half the price, a FULL hr of service, gel included, and got the best 15 minute foot massage of my days. Even got the callous treatment I needed! The guy who did them asked if I had been a while since I got my toes done because they looked a little rough, I laughed and said “yesterday”. He just looked at me blankly and said “oh… I’ll take care of you” and got to work SMH! Honestly guys please take this feedback seriously and stop ripping people off! Give the quality of work you charge for; I PROMISE your customer retention rate will skyrocket!"
"We had a wonderful experience with Des and Lyssa! Highly recommend! My only “complaint” is the glasses. It’s a little difficult to drink from stemmed glasses since I’m leaned back and the stems are longer. Otherwise this was an amazing experience!!"
"My technician was friendly and easy-going. She did a nice job, especially on my toes. The shape of the nail is nice and the polish is very smooth. It was a nice laid back atmosphere. It is a little pricey but I had a gift card. :) I enjoyed myself and my feet look really nice!"
"wn a small business and do not leave these reviews lightly. I don't mind overpaying for some fun for my tiny daughters on occasion. However, this was simply a poor attempt at a service and sincerely poor quality. I went in for two toddler manicures ( 1.5 and 3.5) before my daughter's recital. I went in hoping for a cute experience and a decent job. They dipped their hands in some water. My older daughter got a little lotion. Neither got a trim or file. We were there a total of 20 minutes, our service was 10 minutes max. The ladies were nice enough but the manicures are bad and the experience was significantly lacking. They didn't even fake file or use a brush. Nothing. I didn't expect perfect nails, it was more for the experience. Their nails look outright Bad. THEY CHARGED ME $64 ($32 each). I asked for a discount (they didn't give me one) and I was upset, because that's ridiculous for the quality of the experience we got. I said as much. They said they would have to call a manager, but didn't offer to do so. This is a terrible place to take your kid for a first manicure, no pride in their service or customer experience. I won't be back."
"This place is okay. I loved the atmosphere and how nice my nail tech Lisa was, but my nails looked horrible. When I decide to treat myself and get my nails done I want them to look professional not as if I did them myself. My toes seemed like they were rushed and maybe she thought I wouldn’t be able to see them and my fingers are a whole level up from bad. When you can see the multiple levels of nail polish, translucent polish (even though there are two coats of polish on), and polish on my skin... you know it is bad. It is upsetting because this disaster cost $110!! If it is that expensive maybe do t use such cheap polish company? Maybe throw in some OPI or Essie?"
